Located în Exarcheia this apartment is situated in a building that was formerly an educational unit. This meant that its entire design approach was based in servicing students and teachers on a daily basis. Overall the basic needs of a supplementary educational institute were fulfilled which meant that a simplicity in forms was implemented on every level of the building making room for spacious classrooms mostly. This particular apartment was used as an examination room for the students divided into three spaces (bathrooms included). The retracted volume of the apartment made room for a quite generous terrace that spans the entire facade of the building.
