Crane side table
Crane coffee table was inspired by a construction site and specifically by the cranes that are used to carry heavy loads of building materials. They are developed in specific patterns and they emit an outstanding dynamism and simplicity at the same time. The design borrows visual elements of a typical crane and through composition it creates a layout that resembles the metal frame of a building. The result is a bold and linear design which looks like an architectural model of a Japanese temple . Although both of its surfaces may appear limited in size they can host a big number of objects or magazines and conceal their volume due to the their thinness . A prolonged beam which acts a double leg outlines the boundaries of the structure and is one of the strongest elements and characteristic of the design language .
